Santa Cam Letter
This is the one that gets talked about at school the next day.
Santa’s sent a letter. The elves have been busy, a cam has been delivered, and it turns
out Santa can see rather more than just what happens near the tree. Signed, Santa Claus.
Stick the label on a bauble, a smoke alarm, a little box on the shelf or anything round
enough to pass for a camera. Leave the letter where they’ll find it. That’s the whole
setup, and it takes about four minutes.
What you get
- The Santa Cam letter, 2 per page
- Santa Cam label as a PNG with a white background, ready to print and cut out
- Santa Cam label as a transparent PNG, for putting on your own background or design
- Print-ready PDF
How it works
1. Buy it. The download link is on your screen right away and in your inbox a minute
later. No waiting and no shipping.
2. Print the letter. Regular paper works, but thicker paper feels more like a real
letter from somewhere far away.
3. Print and cut out the label, then stick it on whatever’s playing the part of the cam.
4. Put it somewhere they’ll find it on their own. That’s better than handing it over.
Print as many copies as you like. The file is yours to keep, so it works again next
year and the year after that.
A few ideas for your Santa Cam Letter
Some people put it up on the first of December and take it down on Christmas Eve.
Some hide the letter in with the advent calendar. Some write their own note on the
back.
It works in a classroom too. Put the cam up somewhere high on the first of December,
leave the letter on the board, and let them find it when they walk in. You’ll get a
very quiet room for about ten seconds.
