Refund policy

Digital products

All products sold on www.printyourpartygame.com are digital files that are delivered immediately after purchase. Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges as a general rule.

Please read the product description carefully before ordering, so you know what is included and what file format and paper size you will receive.

When we will refund you

We want you to be able to use what you bought. We will refund your order if:

  • You did not receive your download and we are unable to deliver it to you
  • The file is damaged, incomplete or does not open, and we cannot supply a working replacement
  • You were charged more than once for the same order
  • The product is materially different from what was described on the product page

In most cases we will offer to correct the problem first (for example by sending a replacement file) because that usually solves it faster than a refund.

When we will not refund you

  • You changed your mind after downloading the file
  • You bought the wrong product by mistake
  • Your printer, software or device could not open or print the file, where the file itself works correctly
  • You do not have the software needed to edit an editable template
  • The colors of your print differ from what you saw on screen

How to request a refund

Email hello@printyourpartygame.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours.

EU and UK customers: right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, this right does not apply once delivery has begun with your consent.

By completing your purchase, you ask us to deliver your file immediately and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download starts.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. We can almost always resolve it faster ourselves.
