I never received the email
Email us at hello@printyourpartgame.com and we’ll resend your file within 24 hours.
Can I download the file again later?
Yes. The link does not expire and there is no download limit.
The file won't open
Your download may be a .zip file. Unpack it first, then open the PDF inside. For best results, open PDFs in Acrobat Reader rather than a browser or preview. Browsers sometimes substitute fonts and shift the layout. Acrobat Reader is free at get.adobe.com/reader.
Editing
Can I change the text?
Only for games marked as editable on the product page. Those include a Canva template link. All other games are ready to print as they are.
How do I edit a Canva template?
Open the link from your download, select “Use template”, and Canva creates a private copy for you. Click any text field and type. Names, questions and colors can be changed; the rest of the layout stays in place. When you’re done, choose share, then download and then PDF print.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No a free Canva account is all you need.
Can I edit on my phone or tablet?
Canva runs on mobile but card layouts are difficult to work with on a small screen. We recommend a laptop or desktop.
Do I need to install any fonts?
No. All fonts are included in the template.
Printing
Where and how should I print?
All our games are digital files so you can print at home or at a local copy shop or online printing service. Print as many copies as you like.
What size are the files?
This varies by product. Some are US letter (8.5×11″”), some are A4. The product page states which size(s) you’ll receive.
What paper should I use?
Score sheets, answer sheets, bingo cards and instructions print well on regular paper. Cards that get handled are best on matte cardstock, 65lb cover or heavier. Heavier stocks feels better but check the maximum weight your printer at home accepts. Many home printers stop around 65-80lb.
My cards are printed at the wrong size
Select “Actual size” or “100%” in your print settings instead of “Fit to page”. See How to print your party game for more detail.
