Neighborhood Scavenger Hunt
This printable neighborhood scavenger hunt sends kids looking for a mailbox, a fire hydrant, a stop sign, a garden gnome and a neighbor’s cat. Perfect for a walk around the block.
Every card has a picture and a word, so kids who can’t read yet can play right alongside older brothers and sisters. Hand out a sheet and a pencil, and they’re off.
What’s inside
16 things to find: mailbox, fire hydrant, stop sign, street lamp, bicycle, dog, cat, tree, fence, garden gnome, trash can, car, bird, flowers, house and scooter.
You get two PDF files in US Letter size:
- 1 per page: a full-size sheet
- 2 per page: two half-size sheets with a dashed line to cut on, to save paper
How it works
- Buy it. The download link is on your screen right away and in your inbox a minute later.
- Print as many copies as you need. It also prints fine on A4.
- Give every kid a sheet and a pencil and start the hunt.
