These terms apply to every purchase made through www.printyourpartygame.com. By placing an order, you agree to them

1. Who we are

www.printyourpartygame.com is operated by Boshuis producties, registered in the Netherlands.

2. What you are buying

All products on this website are digital files. Nothing is shipped and no physical goods are sent. After payment you receive a download link on screen and by email.

Each product page describes what is included, the file format and the paper size. Some products are ready to print; others are editable through a third-party design tool. The product page states which type you are buying.

3. Delivery

Delivery is immediate. Your download link is shown on screen after payment and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Download links do not expire and there is no limit on the number of downloads. If you do not receive your file, contact us and we will send it to you.

4. What you may do with your file

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the file for your own purposes. You may:

Print the file as many times as you like
Print copies for your own event, classroom, group or organisation
Edit editable templates for your own use

5. What you may not do

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, lend or give away the file, in whole or in part
Sell printed copies of the design
Use the file or any part of it in a commercial product or service
Upload the file to any file-sharing service, marketplace or public website
Claim the design as your own work

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude tax. Any applicable VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing address. Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

7. Refunds

8. Technical requirements

To use our products you need a device that can open PDF files and, for printing, access to a printer or a print service. Editable templates require a free account with the design tool named on the product page. We are not responsible for problems caused by your own hardware, software, internet connection or third-party services.

9. Accuracy and availability

We do our best to describe every product accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions or other content on this site are error-free. We may change or withdraw products at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published at the time you placed it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers in the European Union may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of their own country. Disputes may be submitted to the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Reviews

After your order is complete, we may send you a one-time email inviting you to review the products you bought. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in that email, or by contacting us at hello@printyourpartygame.com.

Reviews must be based on an actual purchase. We may remove reviews that contain offensive language, personal data, spam or advertising. We do not edit reviews to change their meaning, and we do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
